Water Rate Schedule

The Company's water rates are set as low as good service will permit, but sufficient to pay for operation, maintenance, debt service, depreciation, insurance, taxes, and the development of reserves for capital improvements. Based upon an annual review of revenue requirements and projected sales, it has been determined that utilizing a single rate schedule will cover these costs. The new rate schedule adopted by your Board of Directors will become effective with all billings on and after February 1, 2008.

The bi-monthly fixed customer service charge, assessment for all water delivered and stock ownership requirements based upon meter size shall be in accordance with the following schedule (previous rates are shown in parentheses for making comparisons):

All water delivered shall be charged at the rate of $3.80 per thousand gallons (previous rate was $3.65).

No combination or aggregation of charges for service to a customer through two or more meters shall be made.

(Effective February 1, 2006)

Effective with all billings on and after February 1, 2006, the bi-monthly customer fixed service charges for fire line connections shall be in accordance with the following schedule (previous rates are shown in parentheses for making comparisons):

The Company's deliquent account policy shall continue to be applicable for all unpaid and/or delinquent fire line connection accounts.

The Board of Directors has established the selling price of capital stock to assure that much of the cost of new water resource development is passed on to the new customers creating the demand. Effective February 1, 2005, the stated selling price of capital stock is $2,200 per share (previously $1,800), or $11,000 per five-share unit (previously $9,000).

Effective February 1, 2008, new taps on the Maple Grove Water Supply System will be assessed a Water Development Fee of $1,300 per share (previously $1000), or $6,500 per five-share unit (previously $5,000).
